Rhonda...i'm so sorry to hear you are ill, and I hope you lie in bed, eating only hot soup and healing things, drinking loads of H2O and RESTING... tell Gerry and the kids to keep it down to a dull roar, and you and Babee snuggle up good. OK? mind me, now, or i'll get someone to mow down your farm crops...
I'm having a lovely Saturday...doggies off to groomers... laundry going...good phone chat w/dear friend... a walk planned for later today at the beach.
Walked TWICE already this week! Once around the neighborhood with friend Pam on one of the cool days this week, and yesterday around the inside of Lakewood Mall in the Air Conditioning...twice around, including all the little side bits... 30 minutes... w/Pam again... great place to walk on a hot day!! Probably also on a rainy day! I highly recommend mall walking! I got my target shopping done, too!!

Good Morning So Cal and poor sick Rhonda,
I am so sorry that you are feeling so poorly. Are you sure there is room on your bed for the computer? With Baybee in there with you, I am not sure. She is such a sweet baby tho, I would cuddle with her anyday, as long as she doesn't slobber all over me, and no snoring.
Momo, what the hell? Step away from the gun, and put it down and let those cute deer alone!! There is not a chance in hell I could shoot any animal even if I was starving. OK maybe is I was starving but I would be an emotional wreck, and not sure I could shoot straight while crying.
Barb have a fun time today. Spend all your money so the economy gets better. Keep someone employed. There are people out there spending money. My sister works part time at Brighton, and for those of you that know the name, knows their stuff isn't cheep, I am amazed how much people spend. I hope that your and Ron and your friends have an amazing dinner tonight. Friends are wonderful. My back is doing good, I am hoping that within the month I will be starting therapy. The hole in my back has gone from 2.2 cm deep to 1 cm, and at the rate it is going, I should be able to get to pool therapy very soon. HORRAY. I believe that will be when the real healing begins.
Delores, Congrats on making goal. That has got to feel great.
I am sure that Gus and Anna are still sleeping, and I am sure that they had a great time doing whatever they do on Fridays. If you have never met those two, they are a wonderful couple, and have done amazing at the weight loss game!
Janeene and Harley, you will be missed. I am excited for you and sad for us. We will not see you at the coffees any longer. I wish you both the very best in your move and forever. Just know how much some will miss you. You are some fun people!
Lots of new faces around, seems to be so many having surgery now, it's hard to keep up. So glad that they have found us and that they are not afraid to post. I promise you, we are here to help you out all we can. It's about support, and if you are as lucky as I have been, you may meet some people that you click with that will become your life long friends. So to you newbies get right in there and post away.
Nancy (aka Sunray) I am keeping the prayers up for Brianna and your entire family. Please all, keep this tiny baby in your prayers and thoughts, and let the Lord work his miracles that only he can provide. Know that I think of your often throughout the day and am right next to you worrying.
Chris, thanks so much for being so good at keeping our weight every Wed on WWW. I am so anxious to see how much weight we have lost by the end of the year. I know how busy you are and you always are here taking care of all of us. Thank you is not enough.
I know that Naomi is off having fun this weekend, but she did get a shot of cortisone in her shoulder and she was feeling great. I only hope that it continues. Also I hope Jean is having a great weekend with her sister.
As for me, Dougie and I have a wedding at 5 today. I am not real sure that I want to go, it's so hard for me to get ready to go anywhere, but I should get out, or I should really stay home and watch the Sprint Cup NASCAR race at 4. Yep that is what I really want to do!
